2. Click on Order Appraisal or click on the "Order Appraisal" link on our website to order electronically.
This method of ordering will send the order directly through our system. You will receive a confirmation email
once we receive your order. If you are an existing client, please click on Client Login, enter your user name and
password and click on "Order an Appraisal".
3. Fax your own order form to 443.578.0605 or email to finemail@afineappraisalservice.com.

Typical “turnaround” time is 4 days. Verbals are received the second day and hard copies are received the fourth day 98.5% of the time, based upon an appointment being scheduled immediately by the customer. Special arrangements can be accommodated for “rush” orders including weekend appointments. In addition, we will collect at the door, bill with 15 day dating, or accept personal checks and credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover).
